Dance Team Dance, flags and banners, and processionals all exist to proclaim who God is - to others, to ourselves and back to God Himself. It's a physical expression of our praise and worship. And although in our culture, we tend to shy away from such symbolic representations, FOC is seeking to reclaim this form of worship used since early Judaic times.

The mission of the FOC Dance Team is to use our God given gifts and talents to celebrate, praise, and worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We share these gifts to help ourselves and others join in praise and worship as well as, to tell others about Jesus through the art of movement.

Turquoise: River of god, sanctification, healing, life-giving flow of the Holy Spirit, the New Jerusalem

Red: Blood of Jesus, covenant of grace, cleansing justification, sin, atonement, war, the wrath of God, judgment, death, love, life, the earth, redemption, sacrifice, consuming fire, the person of Jesus, the cross

Green: Praise, eternal life, vigor, prosperity, mercy, restoration, health, healing, new beginning, freshness, God's holy seed, harvest, sowing and reaping

Black: Darkness, evil, sin, death, famine, affliction, reconciling Mediator, humility, humiliation, mourning, evil omens, curses

Iridescent Crystal: Cleansing work of the Holy Spirit, blessings of God, sanctification, the Bride of Christ, Truth

Bronze: Judgment upon sin, fires of testing
