Annual Meeting

Our annual congregation meeting will be Sunday, Dec. 4, at 6:15p. Arrive early for a potluck dinner at 5:30p, and bring a covered dish to share for the meal. We encourage you to join us in person if you are able. If you need to participate remotely, register to receive the Zoom link by email on the Friday before the meeting.

The agenda for this meeting will include reports on the building expansion and assistant pastor search. Our treasurer will preview the 2023 budget, and we will vote on Pastor David McLean's terms of call. There will be some creative platform/ministry reports and a designated time for questions and answers. We expect the presentation portion of the meeting to last no more than 75 minutes.

All members and attendees are invited to participate. Only church members may vote on the pastor's terms of call.
