Day of Prayer

This month's Day of Prayer will begin at 7:00p on Thursday, June 22, with a gathering for worship and prayer in our sanctuary. At that time, we will be praying into this word of the Lord received by Kristen Ligotino and judged by Session:

I am sending my fire to cleanse and reinvigorate. Trust me when I say what you've seen and felt is only the beginning. I'm going to settle over FOC and its people like a heavy fog. This fog will not lift for a long time. This fog will be my glory, my love, my forgiveness, and my hope. Growth is coming. I'm sending you people. They will be skilled in everything and also be filled with my Spirit.

During our Thursday night time as a body, we will begin with a time of worship in music. Then we will corporately agree and receive this word, invite God to move according to it, and seek His guidance and direction to prepare us for its fulfillment. We will invite participants to share what they are hearing in relation to the word.

We strongly encourage you to participate in this important gathering as we respond as a community to this word of encouragement and instruction. Children of all ages are welcome to participate.

After this evening time together, we encourage you to continue to pray as God leads, individually or in small groups, on Friday, June 23.
