Memorial Day Camping
Due to the impending inclement weather, we have moved the annual Jordan Lake Camping trip indoors to the Bowyer's house at 2743 Manors Edge Dr, New Hill, NC 27562.

About The Event
From Friday, May 26, through Monday, May 29, we will camp at Jordan Lake Parker’s Creek, a non-electric site with a capacity of 35 people. The cost is $30 per person; $10 for kids ages 10 and younger; this cost includes the campsite and all meals for Saturday through Monday’s breakfast. We have some people who camp in tents and others who camp in hammocks. We welcome day visitors Saturday or Sunday to enjoy the lake and lunch or a cookout for dinner. (It’s a 20-minute drive from the church!) Our site is on the water, so swimming and kayaking are available activities as well as simply fellowshipping on the hill looking down at the water. Day visitors (non-campers) may need to pay $6 per vehicle for park entry and a small amount toward the meal. Teresa Bowyer will let you know the amount once we have a count.
