Prophetic Mentoring

Prophetic Mentoring builds on the Introduction to the Gifts of the Spirit course with teaching as well as real-time prophetic practice in each session. Emphasis is placed on having a pure heart through which Divine revelation can flow and becoming a friend of God. A mystery guest visits each session to receive prophecies, inviting class participants to ‘practice’ prophesying and judging the words received. Teachings include the nature of prophecy, the purpose of prophecy, how to judge prophecy, how to respond to prophecy and inherit promises. There are also teachings on comparing Old Testament and New Testament prophets and comparing the Gift of Prophecy to the Office of Prophet.

Starting on January 7, we will meet on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays for six classes from 9:00a to 12:00p. Bring a 1” 3-ring binder to class to keep class handouts. You must have completed the Introduction to the Gifts of the Spirit course before taking this one. Prophetic Mentoring is a prerequisite to qualify to sit on prophetic teams and attend Prophetic Workshops.
