As the old airplane adage goes, you have to put on your mask before you can help a travel companion with his or hers. It is vital to care for your soul, replenish your reserves, before you can care for another. And the world we live in necessitates it. Great strength only the Lord can provide is required.
Resilient will provide teaching and mentoring in how to cultivate resilience by accessing the nourishing Presence of God He has deposited within. The class will provide a venue for God to pull the practice further into the day-to-day bringing forth resilience despite difficult times.…
