About The Event
Do you struggle with repeating unhealthy behaviors? Feel stuck in a cycle that is not life-giving? Sense there are barriers to you developing mutually beneficial relationships? Want to walk with more compassion and mercy for others who are struggling?
Restarting is a 12-week program that helps resolve issues such as these. The class offers practical advice for retraining our brains to overcome the impacts of trauma and addictions.
We will offer Restarting on Saturdays, 2:00-4:00pm, beginning January 20. This will be a hybrid class offered both online via Zoom and in-person in the annex lounge. Class facilitators are Denise Hammond and Pam Sherer. Everyone is welcome.
